All of our aromatherapy heat packs are aprox. 8.5" x 5" and weigh aprox. 12.5 oz each. They come in a wide range of patterns. Heat them in the mircowave for no longer than 1 minute and place carefully on an area in which you need them to be placed.
 
WARNING: They may be hot on bare skin so please use excreame caution when useing them.
